Code to Community: Advancing Transformative Research in Information Technology is an academic colloquium organized by the Information Technology Community (ITeC) of the University of Asia and the Pacific. This event serves as a platform for IT students to present their research projects, ideas, and innovations that aim to address real-world challenges through technology.
The colloquium focuses on how student-led research creates meaningful change. It highlights the importance of connecting academic knowledge with practical solutions that serve real communities. The event offers a space where ideas can grow and where students can apply what they have learned in ways that matter beyond the classroom.
Participants will present their work through breakout sessions and open forums. The audience will engage with a variety of IT topics such as system development, data analytics, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. The event aims to build a strong research culture among IT students. It helps them prepare to make valuable contributions to both the tech industry and society.

This qualitative research explores the critical role authentic leadership plays in successfully leading a highly digitalized organization in a global setting. The four dimensions of authentic leadership are explored in depth at the c -suite organizational level. Findings reveal how self awareness, balanced processing of information, internal moral perspective, and relational transparency are viewed and applied among top managers. This study also elaborates on key challenges faced by authentic leaders in this setting and recommendations for future research.
